FRISCO, Texas (April 13, 2023) – The PGA of America is offering spectators a unique opportunity to see future PGA Championships when purchasing tickets for the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, the first Major Championship to be played at PGA Frisco. Individuals who secure their tickets for the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship will receive priority access to ticket offers for future events at PGA Frisco, including the 2027 PGA Championship.
The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, the most historic and prestigious Major Championship in senior golf, will be contested May 24-28, 2023, on Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco. The Championship will bring the most accomplished senior golfers in the world to the area, including 2022 KitchenAid Senior PGA Champion Steven Alker.
“The 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship marks the beginning of an unprecedented lineup of Major Championships coming to PGA Frisco,” said Jason Mengel, Championship Director. “We’re excited for this community to experience senior golf’s premier event and encourage spectators to take advantage of the best opportunity to secure their spot at our upcoming championships.”
In addition to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco will be home to 26 championships scheduled over an 11-year span, including two PGA Championships. Future championships to be held at PGA Frisco include the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship in 2029, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in 2025 and 2031, and the PGA Championship in 2027 and 2034.
As part of the Championship’s mission to grow interest and participation in the game of golf, juniors 17 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Each ticketed adult will be permitted four junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up at the Admissions Offices located at any one of the spectator entrances on the day of admission. Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out.
Daily grounds ticket prices for the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship range from $30 for Wednesday’s practice round, $45 for the first round on Thursday, $50 for Friday’s second round, and $55 for the final two rounds over the weekend. The Championship Grounds event-long ticket package starts at $205. All grounds tickets include access to grandstand seating, the PGA Shop, water at concession venues throughout the grounds, and other spectator services.
Those who want to elevate their experience can purchase Club PGA tickets to enjoy world-class amenities at the heart of the Field Ranch East course. Club PGA ticket-holders will have access to an open-air entertainment space and an outdoor viewing deck overlooking both the 16th and 17th holes. Club PGA tickets, which range from $550 to $650 daily, also include a chef-inspired, all-inclusive culinary experience and open bar, executive restrooms, and preferred corporate parking.
A limited number of ticket, hospitality and pro-am experiences remain available to be a part of the 83rd KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, the first Major Championship to be contested on Fields Ranch East at PGA Frisco. Visit SRPGA.com for more information.
Proceeds from the 2023 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship will benefit PGA REACH, the charitable foundation of the PGA of America.
