Patina Restaurant Group – which first entered the golf hospitality sector in 2021 – will continue as the official catering partner at annual events such as the PGA Championship, KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and Senior PGA Championship. Patina Restaurant Group will also cater the 2025 Ryder Cup (Bethpage Black in Farmingdale, N.Y.), 2029 Ryder Cup (Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minn.) and 2033 Ryder Cup (The Olympic Club’s Lake Course in San Francisco, Calif.).

Patina Restaurant Group – which operates nearly 30 restaurants at locations such as Disney Springs, Epcot® at Walt Disney World Resort and Downtown Disney – also recently served spectators at the Formula 1Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix 2024.
“On behalf of Patina Restaurant Group and Delaware North, I’m incredibly proud to extend our partnership with PGA of America and build on the success we’ve achieved together,” said John Kolaski, president of Patina Restaurant Group. “Our entry into the golf sector marked a defining moment, merging Delaware North’s renowned expertise in sports hospitality with Patina’s reputation as culinary leaders. With the PGA's incredible partnership, we’ve created an elevated dining experience that exemplifies culinary excellence, delivering radical hospitality that enhances every moment of these iconic events.”
Among the many highlights for Patina Restaurant Group and PGA of America in 2024 was the return of the highly popular Championship+ Ticket, which includes an all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverage program – an innovative initiative first introduced in 2022. During the seven-day 2024 PGA Championship in Louisville, Ky., 97% of surveyed spectators recommended the continuation of the all-inclusive program for future events. The variety of freshly prepared food items available was also a hit, receiving a positive rating from 91% of guests surveyed and several comments expressing appreciation for the availability of vegetarian and meatless options.
Hospitality amenities at the 2024 PGA Championship included on-course market concessions, bar outlets, chalets, suites, premium suites, Club PGA, Champions Club, Valhalla Member Club, PGA Member Club, Chase Sapphire Lounge, media dining, player and caddie dining, and the esteemed clubhouse at Valhalla Golf Club. With more than 720,000 square feet of hospitality space, it was the largest for a PGA Championship on record.
